What was the highlight of Sea You Hotel Port Valencia

Simple but no complaints. I would stay here again.

It was simple but well equipped and in a great location. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and, although the room was small, it had great views over the square and had everything we needed. The roof terrace was a nice feature and the receptionists were really welcoming every day. Breakfast was a good range of food - simple but enough choice to please most tastes.

It was a little dated and maybe there could have been more hangers and more space in the room, but it was a really good price for a budget hotel.

Good stay in a good location

We loved the rooftop bar with the great view. Close proximity to the beach,around 15 mins walk. Similar to metro which can get you to city center and airport. The staff were nice,they let us leave the laggauges.

The breakfast wasn’t great,poor choice. The bathroom was quite dated.

I loved the air conditioner, the location, the people working there! There is all that you need in the hotel. The gym and the sauna are a great relaxation. The rooms are spacious and chill. The rooftop is amazing!

The only thing missing was diversity of food in the breakfast. Limited options are not very okay for people with allergies, vegans, etc.

Very nice hotel with really friendly staff who were always willing to help. Good location with only about 10 minutes walk to the beach and the metro. The room was clean and comfortable with a very large bed and good AC

The breakfast wasn't the best as it was a bit repetitive each day and the quality and selection wasn't very good.

Room needs maintenance

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

Various things needed maintaining or repairing. Wardrobe doors: The sliding doors of the wardrobe did not slide properly so the safe was not accessible. They "fixed" this so the safe could be used, but that meant the wardrobe was blocked and inaccessible! Door lock: the lower door lock would not turn and the door frame was damaged by the lock as though the door had been forced in the past. Fridge: outer fridge door scraped across the floor (needs adjusting). TV: only channels in Spanish; no other languages available (no Eng, Fr, D etc). Restaurant: disappointing choice and poor quality. I ordered a pizza, which was tasty. However, the topping was very sparse and when I asked for oil and pepper, rather than bring those to the table they took my pizza away to the kitchen on a different floor and added oil there! By the time my pizza returned it was stone cold. No wonder I was the only person in the restaurant! Rooftop bar: the covered area by the bar was very smokey, though smokers could have used outside tables. There was a spa bath, which I did not use because of the drought. In view of the water shortage installing a walk-in shower would be more appropriate. Overall not worth 4*

Good for a short stay when the price is at the level of 2-3 star hotels

- Fairly good location with good bus and metro connections to all key places - Comfortable bed - Very friendly staff

- Hotel really needs to be renovated - it's clear that it's unmaintained properly for years - It's actually a budget hotel that does not feel like 4 stars (and price for it) at all - Our request for a single large bed was ignored and we have only received a different room after complaint. It's unacceptable if the hotel offers non-cancellable option where bed type can be selected and only considers it as "eventually" after getting paid.

Nice hotel. Good value for money.

Nice view. Good location. Bed was huge and comfortable. Big TV.

There is poor bathroom equipment condition. Windows soundproof is poor as well.
